In this program, about 1.25 million (12.5 Lacs) low-income, underprivileged families will get financial aid. This program helps families with money to pay for important kitchen costs. It aims to fight inflation and support vulnerable families and communities by providing an amount of 3,000 PKR every month through a digital smart card.

CM Maryam Nawaz Rashan Card 2026 Eligibility Requirements
There are conditions and requirements for eligibility to get a Rashan/Ration Card. These conditions and requirements are compulsory to ensure the transparency of the program. The following is the Eligibility Criteria for CM Punjab Ration Card 2025:
- Applicants/Families must be permanent residents of Punjab. Individuals who are not residents of Punjab are not eligible to apply.
- The applicant must be registered with the PSER (Punjab Socio-Economic Registry) Survey.
- Individuals registered with Social Security or Worker Welfare.
- Applicant must have a valid CNIC as per NADRA records.
- Mobile number registered with the same CNIC.
- Monthly income should be less than 50,000 PKR.
- The PMT Score (Proxy Means Test Score) must be less than 35.

Required Documents to Apply for CM Punjab Ration/Rashan Card
These are the required documents to apply for the CM Punjab Ration/Rashan Card. Applicants must have these documents while applying for a valid application:
- A valid CNIC/ID Card as per NADRA.
- A registered mobile number on the Applicant’s CNIC.
- Proof of residence or domicile of Punjab (yet to be confirmed).
- Passport-size photographs of the applicants.

Do You Need to Apply If You’re Registered in the Nigehban Program?
It has been clarified by the Government of Punjab officials that the families who have registered in the Nigehban Ramadan Package are already included in the Punjab Ration/Rashan Card applicant list. The data of such families has already been collected and processed. So, they don’t have to be registered again. Their application are already forwarded for card issuance.
This initiative has been taken by the Government due to the following reasons:
- To save time and make the process faster.
- To avoid the duplication of data and records.
- To benefit the maximum deserving families.
Note: The Nigehban Ramadan Package aid receivers, make sure that their data is updated to avoid any difficulties. The candidates who have not received any aid through the Nigehban Ramzan Package can apply through the following process.
How to Apply for CM Punjab Ration Card 2026 Online using PSER
You can apply for the CM Punjab Ration Card Program 2025 both online and offline. If you are going to apply online, you will need to apply through the PSER Registration portal. Below is the complete step-by-step process on “How to apply Ration Card online through the PSER Portal”.
Step 01: Click the Apply Button
- Click on the “Apply” button below to navigate to the PSER portal.
Step 02: Register Online on PSER Portal
- Click on the “Register” button or visit: https://pser.punjab.gov.pk/register.
- Enter your full name, CNIC number, registered mobile number, network name, and email address.
- Enter a password and save it. It will be used for logging into your portal in the future and for submitting online applications.
- Enter the same password again to ensure accuracy.
- Click on the “Register” button to continue.

Step 03: Apply PSER Registration
After registering for the online portal, you have to apply for the PSER Registration Program. Here is how to start this process:
- On the PSER portal, click on the “New Application” button.
- After clicking it, a declaration form will open asking you to provide all the information truthfully. Please read it thoroughly and click on the check box, and then proceed if you want to proceed further.
- In the first step, you will enter the name of your family head with his/her CNIC number.
- After that provides the basic details of the head, such as gender and date of birth.
- In the next step, you will provide information about your health status, including any disability or any other chronic diseases.
- Proceeding further, you will provide your educational history with educational level and degree, and the reason for illiteracy if you are illiterate.
- In the next step, you will provide details about your employment status, including your last month’s income, income source, and type of job information.
- Next, enter two registered mobile numbers with their respective network names.
- Then, enter your current and permanent address with province, union council, and district, city, or village.
- In the next section, you will provide details about assets along with wall and roof material and residential condition. This is important as this information decides your eligibility for the Ration Card and other CM Punjab Programs. The additional information to be included in this section is toilet facility, water source, electricity connection, livestock information, information about the agricultural land you own, and vehicle number information, if you have any.
- In the next section, you will provide details about the agricultural land if you own. This will include the cultivation type and the size of the cultivation land.
- In the final section, you will provide some other information, such as other financial aid you or your family member is receiving, mobile and internet facilities, or any accidents in the past.

Step 04: Application Submission
- After providing all required information, review your application and submit it to apply for the PSER program and subsequently for the Ration/Rashan Card.

Ration Card 2025 Punjab Registration – Offline Application
There are two methods for the offline registration of the CM Punjab Ration Card Program 2025. You can apply for CM Punjab Ration Card Registration either by visiting the Union Council or the nearest e-Khidmat Markaz.
01. Union Council Registration
- Visit your area’s concerned Union Council office or other local Government office.
- Please bring your original CNIC and phone number, along with any other documents that include family information.
- Ask a staff member or a Union Council officer to fill out the application form on your behalf.
- Complete the application form, review it, and submit your application.
02. e-Khidmat Markaz
- Visit your nearest e-Khidmat Markaz and the staff to check your Maryam Nawaz Rashan Program 2025 eligibility.

Now, PSER teams are conducting door-to-door PSER surveys across Punjab. These teams visit door-to-door and register on your behalf. CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz has assigned a task to the Deputy Commissioners in each District. They need to complete the PSER Survey as part of their monitoring duties.
Note: Remember, you need to register in the PSER Survey to be eligible and benefit from other CM Punjab Programs, including Kisaan Card, Himmat Card, Health Card, Livestock Card, E-Bike Scheme, Scholarship program, Apni Chaat Apna Ghar Scheme, Roshan Gharana Solar Program, and Nigehban Ramazan Package.
What Happens After Registration?
After your registration and application for PSER,
- Your data will be processed and verified by the Government institutions.
- If you are eligible and meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive a confirmation notification on your PSER portal and an SMS on your registered number. You will get the necessary information about your Ration/Rashan Card on your portal.
- An aid of 3,000 PKR per month will be sent to your card, starting from June 01, 2025.
- After you have received the aid, you can go to any registered merchant/store/outlet and buy groceries/rations.
